1. Information
Briefing and joint determination of next steps, on-site project meeting and preparation for certification with the appropriate document review
2. On-site certification
Readiness analysis and review of the management system, staff interviews, implementation of the documented statements in daily business, project assessment/project audit
3. Audit report and assessment
Results of our assessment, in the event of any issues, indications of potential optimizations and, if necessary, subsequent assessment
4. Certificate and seal
After successfully completing the certification, you will receive your certificate and the DEKRA certification seal (with a maximum validity period of three years)
5. Annual surveillance audits
The practical implementation is reviewed every 12 months
6. Recertification
Steps 2 to 6 are repeated in the recertification audit three years after initial certification
