Certification according to EN 9110

Successful certification according to EN 9110 in just a few steps

EN 9110 was developed for maintenance organizations and component manufacturers as part of the EN 9100 series of standards for the fulfillment of the specific and demanding requirements of the aerospace industry surrounding the safe operation of aircraft. EN 9110 defines the standards for a reliable quality management for all companies operating in the civil and military aerospace sector regarding repair, maintenance and overhaul as well as the production of parts or components.
Companies certified according to EN 9110 are also included in the international online OASIS database (Online Aerospace Supplier Information System) of the IAQG (International Aerospace Quality Group) and are therefore able to advertise themselves to new customers there. The certification is recognized throughout the aerospace industry and is increasingly becoming a requirement for participation in collaborative projects.
At the core of the certification is the review of the documentation, processes and performance of the QM system in accordance with the requirements of the aerospace and defense industry. This includes risk analyses to identify and assess risks within a company and at the operational level, for example. Processes can then be sustainably improved on this basis and the levels of competitiveness increased.
We also offer the possibility for recertification before the expiry of your certificate’s three-year validity period. This means you can continue to show to your customers that you are a reliable partner.

    Assessment of the general auditability of the company
  2. Level 1 audit
    Basic review of the auditability, documents review, planning of the main audit
  3. Level 2 audit (main audit)
    Detailed audit of the QMS structure, processes and documentation, measurement and evaluation of the process performance with PEAR forms
  4. Follow-up audit (if required)
    Assessment of the correction of any non-conformities discovered in the main audit
  5. Surveillance and/or recertification audit
    Maintaining of certification after 1-3 years
