Your DIN EN 9100 Certification at a glance

At the core of the certification according to EN 9100 is the review of the documentation, processes and performance of the QM system in accordance with the requirements of the aerospace industry. This includes risk analyses to identify and assess risks within a company and at the operational level, for example. Processes can then be sustainably improved on this basis and the levels of competitiveness increased. At the same time, the EN 9100 certification is compatible with other certifications, such as ISO 9110 or ISO 9120, and is already required by a large number of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the industry.
Our experts will provide you with competent support throughout the entire certification process and also provide you with comprehensive support after your initial certification, if you wish to obtain combined certification or with recertification to maintain the validity of your certificate before its three-year validity period expires.
For companies that are already certified, we offer the possibility of recertification to maintain the certificate’s validity before the expiry of the three-year validity period.
The certification procedure
Successful certification according to DIN EN 9100 in just a few steps:
1. Information
Project meeting (by telephone or in person) and preparation for certification, including review of documentation
2. On-site certification
Readiness analysis with assessment and review of the description of the management system, review of documented processes and optional follow-up audit (review of corrective measures)
3. Audit report and assessment
Documentation of the audit and assessment of the management system
4. Certificate and seal
After successfully completing the certification process, you will receive your certificate and the DEKRA seal (with a maximum validity period of three years)
5. First and second surveillance audit
An audit takes place every 12 months to verify compliance with the standard and to maintain the certification
6. Recertification audit
Maintaining the certification through recertification after 3 years
