Safe transport methods for the conservation of cultural heritage

The history of a society is largely passed down from one generation to the next through our cultural heritage. In this respect, a distinction is to be made between immovable cultural heritage (such as buildings/monuments) and movable cultural heritage (such as museum and library holdings).
