DIN EN 12798 Certification

Quality management for the transport of hazardous goods – by road, rail and inland waterway

The safety requirements for the transport of hazardous goods are high – whether by road, rail or inland waterway. A credible quality management is therefore essential for satisfying both the legal requirements and the expectations of customers and business partners.

With certification according to DIN EN 12798, you can demonstrate that you have a quality management system for the transport of hazardous goods and thereby increase your competitiveness.

Successful certification according to DIN EN 12798 in just a few steps

When it comes to safety in the transport of hazardous goods, whether by road, rail or inland waterway, a corresponding supplementation to the quality management system is necessary. Certification according to DIN EN 12798 provides you with exactly this supplementation. Companies that are already certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 can acquire this certification without much additional effort during their annual ISO surveillance audit.
The audit assesses in particular the explosion- and fire safety measures, the securing of hazardous goods for transport and the training given to the employees on the topic.
